How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order. In such cases, Dolly Glow will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same steps as a return. Once we receive your returned item, we will send out the replacement item.
